Utlysningen pågår mellan 24 februari - 23 mars. Besked lämnas i april. One Week Wonder pågår i V.35 och avslutas med en visning av verket under en kväll delad med Blekinge Dansresidens processvisning. Vi söker fyra personer som befinner sig under konstnärlig utbildning, precis har avslutat en utbildning eller är på väg in i en. Alla är välkomna att söka men sökande med koppling till Blekinge kommer att prioriteras.
Om One Week Wonder
One Week Wonder är det nya namnet på projektet Unga Dansare som vi
startade 2016. Det går ut på att erbjuda dansare och scenkonstnärer som är under utbildning att arbeta med en professionell koreograf under en veckas tid. Detta för att de ska få utveckla sitt konstnärskap, få inspiration inför sina fortsatta studier, samt att få arbetslivserfarenhet i ett tidigt skede i sin karriär. One Week Wonder drivs av Dans i Blekinge.
Upplägg
Under v.35 arbetar dansarna dagtid i Ronneby tillsammans med koreograf och skapar ett dansstycke på 20-30 minuter.
Datum: 25 augusti - 29 augusti arbete i studio. 30 augusti rep och visning.

Vi vill gärna veta vem du är och vad du har för dansbakgrund (till exempel utbildning eller jobb, motivering till varför du söker jobbet, samt länk till video där du dansar, och/eller till ev hemsida. Videon kan vara ett solo, en improvisation, showreel eller utdrag från något du medverkat i.
Vi kommer endast att godkänna ansökningar som skickats in via formuläret. Ansökningar som inkommer via mejl och/eller kompletterande bilagor kommer ej att behandlas.Söker du fler av Dans i Blekinges tjänster ber vi dig vänligen att skicka in dessa separat. Det vill säga, hänvisa inte till tidigare ansökan. Ansökningar som inkommer efter den 23 mars kommer inte att behandlas. Beslut ges i april. Alla sökande kommer att få ett svar från oss under beslutsperioden.

OPEN CALL One Week Wonder 2025!
The application is open between the 24th of February - 23th of March. Decisions will be announced in April. The working week for One Week Wonder is during week 35 and will end with a performance in Ronneby, shared with Blekinge Dance Residency artists . We are looking for 4 dancers within studies/just ended one or are about to start one. Everyone is welcome to apply. Applicants with connections to Blekinge will be prioritized.
One Week Wonder
One Week Wonder is the new name of the project Unga Dansare that we started in 2016, with the intention to offer dancers who are attending an education within dance or are in the beginning of their career, to work with a professional choreographer for one week. The ambition is to give aspiring dancers the opportunity to develop their artistry, get inspiration for further studies and to get work experience in an early stage of their career.
One Week Wonder is run by Dans i Blekinge.
Arrangement for One Week Wonder
The dancers will work during daytime week 35 together with the choreographers in Ronneby and create a 20-30 minute piece.
Dates: August 25th - August 29th work in studio. August 30th rehearsal and showing.
Included
- One week’s work with choreographers in a studio.
- Salary 7000 kr.
- Performance at the end of the week.
- Documentation of the work in the form of photo and film.
- Travel (train, boat or bus)

How to apply
Application is made by filling out this form at the end of this page at the latest 23h of March 23:59. Works best on computer.
We want to know who you are and about your background within the dance field (like work and studies), together with a motivation for why you are applying for the job. Uploading of a video of you dancing and/or a link to a possible website is requested. The video can be a solo, improvisation, a showreel or an extract from a piece that you are a part of.
We will only accept applications submitted through the form. Applications received via email and/or attachments will not be treated. If you are applying for more than one of Dans i Blekinge's posts, please submit them separately. That is, please do not refer to the previous application. Applications received after the 23th of March will not be accepted. All applicants will receive answers in April.
